Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Auric Skincraft currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Auric Skincraft is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Auric Skincraft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier before contacting us. We are happy to assist you in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
